Ealing Council reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time.

Ealing Council reserves the right to withdraw individual offers it deems inappropriate.

Ealing Council accepts no liability for loss, consequential damage or disappointment that may be suffered as a result of the use of the Spend Local scheme.

Ealing Council does not endorse or accept liability for any non-council products or services offered under the Spend Local scheme.

Ealing Council does not act as a representative or agent of any retailer or business participating in the Spend Local scheme and gives no guarantee whatsoever regarding the quality of the goods or services offered, nor the status or reputation of any participant.

Any links to third party web sites are not the responsibility of Ealing Council and Ealing Council accepts no responsibility for the availability or content of such, and does not necessarily endorse the views expressed within them.

Ealing Council may suspend the Spend Local web site at any time and for any reason whatsoever and without notice, including but not limited to repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades, and shall not be liable for any such suspension.

All offers are valid as stated on each voucher and all vouchers must state an expiry date.

All offers are liable to withdrawal at any time and are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the retailer or service provider.

Vouchers do not have to be presented to claim an offer.

Ealing Council may alter or amend any of these Terms at any time with immediate effect and without notice.

Offers for the Ealing Broadway area are subject to the Ealing Shop Local terms.

The Spend Local scheme is proposed to run from 1 October 2009 for a minimum period of three months. At the end of this period the council will take the decision as to whether to continue with the scheme, however, if it chooses not to, businesses may continue with their offers independently of the scheme.
